275 Gallon Standard Stackable

Standard stackable IBC tanks are all-plastic, high-density polyethylene intermediate bulk containers built for the transit and handling of cargo in distribution, delivery, end-use, and direct-use applications. The square stackable IBC is a versatile, multi-use tote that is long-term reusable and provides industry leading performance, value, and cost savings. They are used to carry a wide range of liquids, chemicals, ingredients, and dry material commodities.

Build and Certifications

The standard square IBC is available in 120 gallon, 220 gallon, 275 gallon, and 330 gallon volume capacities. The IBCs are rotational mold manufactured from premium, food grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to a 0.50″ tank thickness. The 0.50” thick poly tote wall and rotational mold engineering provides superior product durability, service life, uniform strength, and reliability.

Standard IBCs are built to a 1.9 specific gravity rating to handle liquids and chemicals weighing up to 15.8 lbs/gal. The standard stackable IBC tank measures 45” wide by 45” long. The IBC is square in shape to improve the overall ease and efficiency of organization, handling, transport, modular integration, and use in applications.

Standard stackable IBC tanks are UN/DOT certified per Title 49 CFR requirements. The totes are UN31H2 labeled for Packing Group II and III hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The high-density polyethylene resin used is FDA approved and the tanks are ANSI/NSF 61 certified. Totes are UV stabilized, translucent, and include tank-molded gallon / liter markings for external visual inspection of current volume levels. UV stabilizers provide lasting integrity for extended outdoor use.

Features

Standard stackable IBC models feature a 6″ heavy duty fill cap with security tether, EPDM seal, and a 2″ SII® vacuum vent. Totes are built with one to two 2″ NPS replaceable bung ports with EPDM gasket for accessory attachments. Standard drain is a 2” NPT male quick connect ball valve that provides near complete drainage of tank contents.

The square stackable IBC is built with a heavy-duty (HD) platform base that protects 30% more of the IBC container. The HD base has extra-wide equipment channels to reduce the probability of damage and to improve ease of access when maneuvering by forklifts and pallet jacks. Standard IBC totes have 4 way cross directional equipment access channels.
